      Complaining about this business who did not honor their one year warranty on my new built home. In which the repairs were reported prior to the end of the warranty.

      My loan origination date and loan start date was 4/22/2022. The warranty started the date of origination signature date and to last one full year; which would have been 4/22/2023.  The request for one year followup repairs were made 4/17/2023.

      I have never received a punch list from the buyer. All repair requests can be emailed to me or buyer can call or text me. I have received nothing.

       I am rejecting this response because: No calls or text have been responded to by the builder his ph# ***** ********. No contact made to me or my realtor ******* *******. He most definitely should have received a punch list through Wyatt who works for his company ph# ***** ******** and he was sent out to document all of  the issues. I sent that information through his realtor ****** ***** - Price Realty, whom I sent the origination of issues to. So there is no way he did not know if people from his company came out.

      Yes, I sent the builder a text message. With no response. He never responds is the reason why I was going through his agent. He would always respond to her.

      Touch up paint

       

      Electrical issue in the master bedroom the light switch at the wall no longer turns on the light or the fan. These two issues were discussed with the realtor ***********************.

      After speaking with *********************** last week I am sending electricians back for second time to look at ceiling fan. The fan works with remote control as intended, just cant turn off and on with wall switch. This fan requires you to use remote and homeowner does not believe this has always been the case. We will check that it is wired correctly. I have advised if she wants one to operate with wall switch she would need to purchase a new fan. This is second time I have paid for service call to look at the fan. The electrician has passed that originally wired the home.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and I accept it. The electrician has come out and the fan/light is functioning with the remote and from the wall switch as it did originally. The electrician also corrected the fan/light so that it does not come on by itself without anyone in the room or anything being touched. And now the remote for the bedroom fan/light does not turn on the living room fan/light at the same time. Each remote reacts to each fan/light separately. No service provided the first visit, but I am appreciative for the service provided on the second visit.
