    No stars i bought a dehydrator from ******* it did not work showing a error code ************ has no phone number when you email them to troubleshoot they refuse to call you or give a phone number .I explained that I could not find the receipt and all they would offer was sending it back for repair at my cost . No troubleshooting no nothing so at this point I will cut my losses but I would not buy and not be able to find your receipt because you'll just waste energy and time .

    My food saver that my husband bought me 2 years ago, just quit, I pulled out all of my information about the machine, only to get a message that I needed to leave a message on I've left several email messages, never to receive one back. This machine, should not be broken after 2 years. My husband bought what he had thought the best, well all we are actually wanting is a place to have it fixed No one will return an email, I cannot get any results from this company. We have taken in to 2 places, neither of them say they repair this item. My request is for someone to contact me about either replacement or fixed.I have left my phone number with them and my email address, to no avail.

    We bought their vacuum sealer at Thanksgiving on line and didn't use it until after Christmas. 30 day warranty expired and we had to go to Weston directly. Can't talk to any one. Sent multiple emails and received 1 response that they are looking into it. I don't know how they are looking into it because I have the sealer that won't seal. This company doesn't respond.

    Terrible customer service - what kind of a business doesn't allow you to call them? The phone number is just a message you cannot get past. Definitely will not be purchasing from them again.

    They may have the worst customer service ever.No response now going on 15 days, I used the form and email. You can't talk to anyone, to say it's a Micky Mouse operation would be an under statement. This will more than likely be my last purchase of one of their products.

    I bought a weston deluxe electric tomato strainer for canning and it was working great till I noticed the nut which holds the strainer screen on which is made out of galvanized metal started ruining the strained tomatoes, the nut is galvanized and the screen is stainless steel, galvanized tomato juice started running into the finished product, tried it three times same result,some thing needs to be done, people are going to get sick.

    I PURCHASED A 600.00 DOLLAR VACUUM SEALER FROM WESTON AND HAVE USED IT TWO TIMES AND IT QUIT SEALING THE BAGS I HAVE TRIED AND TRIED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY WITH NO RETURN RESPONCE I PURCHASED IT THROUGH ****** AND THEY SAY THEY CANT GET NO RESPONCE FROM THEM EITHER AND THEY ARNT WILLING TO HELP ME EITHER I THINK THERE SHOULD BE BETTER PRACTICES IN PLACE TO HELP CONSUMERS
    FOR THESE LARGER PRICE PURCHASES I HAD TO SAVE UP FOR A YEAR TO BE ABLE TO BUY THIS ITEM

    Purchased the 80L dehydrator for Christmas, was so excited about this brand! When I received it, it looked like it had been damaged on the top in the packing process. The box was fully in tact so this is how I figured that out. The top of it has a dent and looks like the corner got caught on something then pulled up. I have emailed the company more times than I can count since then and nothing! There is no phone number to call! I’m afraid that if something goes wrong with this I will be screwed because I’ll be stuck with it. What’s the point of the warranty if there is no one to help you!!? Now I feel like I’m stuck with a damaged $500 appliance. Not cool guys!

    I purchased a brand new pro 3000 vacuum sealer and it arrived damaged. Now I have filled out my warranty/return twice with zero contact from the company. It has been over two weeks now and no return contact. How Amy I supposed to get my issue resolved with zero customer support?

    I just purchased a Weston Butcher #** Meat Grinder for $635 and it arrived with a damaged head assembly. It looks as if the Grinder was returned broken by a previous customer and ********************** simply resold it to me in that condition. Weston offers no live customer service option; only a web form so there's a big wall. I've filled out the form twice and still haven't heard anything and now that I'm reading these other reviews, I'm deeply concerned and am going to explore what my options are through Better Business Bureau and other avenues to get my money back.
