      Hello, I was buying from this Company before and got really disappointed about their sales practices of misleading their customers by advertising one thing and refusing to provide it in the end.
      Meaning that if you will leave your cell phone # on their webpage you will get 10% off from your order, regardless if the item is on sale or not. And if you purchase it online it seems to work, but often they will not have the advertised items in stock and they will either call you or e-mail stating that they have less quantity and they can't give you 10% because it is on sale item, making it an obvious catch, by declaring 10% off to get your phone number and than refusing to provide the advertised discount. This time they went even further, the rep. **** told me that she will make an exception and will provide an additional 10% discount as they advertised on their website, but at the last moment after I spend so much time putting my order together refused to do so, by making an excuse that it was a sudden misunderstanding.
      I understand that the change came from the owner of the store, who, after my previous dealing with her seems like very arrogant, cynical and not caring about customers, just focusing strictly on how to profit at any cost.
      Both times when she intervened in to the condition of the sale, it became a waste of time, since any previous agreements with her employees failed to work. I personally will never try to buy anything from them in the future and would like other customers to know about their hurtful sales tactics.

      This customer has been ordering from our online store since Sept 2020.

      Sept 2020-customer signed up for our VIP club which by signing up offers 10% off any one order of REGULAR priced merchandise.  Customer placed an order for sale merchandise at 40% and tried to use the additional 10% off VIP discount.  When informed that she could not do that, she became so upset and irate that we allowed her to use it on her sale merchandise order anyway.  We hoped to show good will and have a happy customer.

      October 2020-customer placed an order for more 40% off merchandise and again tried to use the VIP 10% off discount which is stated plainly on our website can only be used once and not on already discounted merchandise.  At this time, she was passed over to me from the store manager because she was irate and quite rude on the phone to all the sales staff.  It was explained to her once again that she can only use the VIP 10% discount once on regular priced merchandise. at this time, she did purchase at 40% off with no VIP discount.

      Sept 2022-customer returned to our site again and tried to once again use the already used VIP discount.  She went so far as to enter another phone number in hope that it would bypass and let her again use it.  Being sale merchandise we do have a limited stock of items, she ordered 5 and we only had 2 left so the store manager called to let her know.  At this time, she was told by the store manager that she could not use the VIP discount because the merchandise is already 50% off and she is already a VIP and has already used the one-time discount of 10%.  She was told however that if she would like to order anything at regular price, the manager would once again allow the VIP discount to be used.  This was over and beyond great customer because that VIP discount is only allowed once.

      Two days later, customer called back and spoke with a sales associate and said that the manager told her she could use the discount on 50% off merchandise.  That never happened.  

      Due to this, she has now reported this to BBB as well as on all social media platforms that she can think of.

      We have been done everything in our power for two years to cultivate a strong and healthy relationship with this customer; to try and make her happy other than give her merchandise free of charge.
