My experience with Sandhills Moving and Storage, an agent of **************, has been deeply disappointing. While the initial stages of the move were handled professionally, the aftermath revealed serious issues. The local agent has provided no meaningful support in addressing ongoing concerns.Multiple boxesclearly marked with our namewere lost during transit, and several items arrived damaged despite having been properly packed. Most concerning was the complete lack of accountability from customer service.Attempts to resolve the matter through the companys claims process were met with resistance. ****** ********, the internal claims adjuster assigned to our case, appeared focused entirely on absolving the company of liability. Her approach felt adversarial, seemingly designed to deny claims rather than help customers reach fair resolutions.A ********************** companys value is not only in getting belongings from one place to anotherbut in how they respond when something goes wrong. In our case, the response was neither empathetic nor constructive.I strongly urge prospective customers to meticulously document every step of their move and to consider alternative providers with a proven reputation for integrity and accountability.

They packed our items well, but they STOLE my husband's $100+ COLOGNE and they stole my candy that I had bought that day...it's literally nowhere to be found and no neither one of us misplaced it or threw it away. No, it is not in any boxes, we already opened everything, and no it was not put into another box or misplaced. He kept his cologne in our 1 bathroom and we let the man and woman movers use the bathroom. Suddenly, once they leave, we realize that it's MISSING. With the second round of people that came to actually load the boxes, they were being lazy with moving our iron weights and almost hurt himself with the dolly carrying the weights AND it broke part of the concrete stairs to the apartment complex. We know that it was either the woman or man in the first round of movers that took it. Hopefully it can be refunded or returned to us. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND WATCH THEM FOR MILITARY PCS MOVES!
