    Do not perform internal QA on their work, forcing the the home owner to be the *** Do not pay attention to detail. Final Product is barely acceptable for the price, had to have them redo several things. . They under staff their crew which leads to overruns and incomplete tasks. Do not reinstall gutters and shudders correctly. the lead is experienced and has a good attitude howeverhis crew is not. They are often left on their own and the lead does not follow up on their work unless the customer has a complaint or question. Lack of leadership. Only good thing is 2 year warranty in writing which I will most likely have to excercise. We will see. I have to go fix my shudders now.
