    **** gave us an upfront estimate to remove and repave our driveway. At the completion of the job, he told us he would be "back to seal coat it in three months after the surface had cured." We had no complaints about the work and his staff was very professional.However, when they showed up to seal the driveway, we were told there were additional costs. We were not informed that this seal coat was NOT included in total $8,500 that we had already paid him. We expressed this to **** via phone. We felt this was deceptive and that was voiced to the ******* onsite. We weren't prepared for the additional costs but we paid what **** told us was "cost".The following day **** showed up at our house and yelled at Mrs ******** for questioning him and his integrity. He refunded the $$ we paid him for the seal coat. He stated that the $$ we paid him was "nothing to him." It is to us; we aren't wealthy people. ****** conduct was totally unprofessional and unreasonable. If you question him about anything, you will be forced to deal with his temper. Simple communication UPFRONT was all that was required. Customers deserve that. True integrity doesn't yell at a customer.
