    Date: 2/7/25 COMPLAINTANTS: ******* ***************** ******** (Clients)ARCHITECT: **** ***** ***, ***** Name of Company: CMA Design, PPL License: 3863 Address: ******************************************* COMPLAINT: Failure to provide product/services defined in contract, did not return payment BASIS:-Contract Violation Accepted and cashed checks worth $3500 for services and product not delivered.Architect did not create a floor plan based on client design requirements but instead used a floor plan he found and attempted to modify it which in turn created rework for architect. Clients continued to cooperate with the process providing ongoing feedback. ********* went as far as charging clients for unfounded scope change ($1500 incremental to contract) and demanding a second payment on the contract ($1500) before work was completed in exchange for architect not walking off the job. Finally, client terminated the relationship after architects resignation and refusal to refund the clients. Client has no completed work from architect (hard copies or electronic copies) of the design work and no refund. Attachment: Signed Contract; Detailed Timeline REQUEST: Full refund $3500

    The architect, **** ***** CONTINUES to disregard my time and money.  **** did not offer any resolution. His behaviors are unethical as a provider.
