    I feel *******'s pain:
We paid these folks $10.6K to replace our old 14 SEAR system w/a 16 SEAR system and our energy costs went up by a third - We were getting 10 gal. of condensation water a day filling a 5 gal. bucket twice a day which my landscaper wife uses to water the plants with - The initiative to figure this out was the red goo falling from a vent onto the bedding in the bedroom - Investigation revealed 2 flex vent lines were shredded and hidden under insulation batting preventing casual observation - Now mind this required crawling through the 130 degree attic and into it's nether regions to uncover the truth, which who does that? - My wife does - Contract was to raise all flex vents out of the insulation - This didn't happen - Condensation created red rust water - We discovered other vents not connected properly to the vent boots causing condensation - Other failures included busted "Line Hide" which protects the electrical and coolant lines going from the house to the heat pump just outside the house - after 4 attempts to get it repaired properly we just gave up - I can fix it ! - After the last guy was out and said it couldn't be repaired I looked at it and determined how to do the job - I told the service manager this and all I need was the parts - he said, for the 5th time, that they'd take care of it and I'm not getting the parts - Enough. The good news is that the installation guy who was promoted to installation manager, according to one of their employees, isn't drinking as much as he used to - I was going to call the owner, Tim, and chat with him about all this but a hands on owner would know this, so he's either complicit or ignorant - They're less expensive but, again, you get what you pay for - To their credit, except for the busted Line Hide, and only a little disrespect to my wife, they completed the contracted work - I do feel bad - Nobody creates a decent business that intentionally screws people over - I'd love to see Tim succeed -

Hello, I am the office manager, I am so sorry you had a bad experience with our company. We have been in business for over 30 years, and I've worked for Tim 22 of those years. As you stated the 2 flex lines were hidden under insulation, in a 130-degree attic. I promise our mistake was not intentional, and we have corrected the problem. Our records indicate one call on the line hide problem & when we sent our guy, you told him you'd fix it yourself, parts were going to be needed to do the repair. What the installation manager does in his off time is not our business. As you stated we completed the contracted work. I personally apologize if any of my people were rude to your wife. We have been super busy with work this summer, we've had about a month of heat indexes well over 100 degrees each day. We have a great group of guys and I get numerous compliments on them regularly. They have worked from sunup to sundown to assist people that were without air conditioning this summer. We've had our business for over 30 years, we didn't get here by screwing people. Tim is a great person and owns a successful business. No business operates without a few problems, no one is perfect. Our compliments, by far, outnumber our complaints.

Yes - I was up there in the 130 degree attic with them - ***** and I both were - We did as much as possible to prevent more hiding of shredded vents, condensation of rusty water dripping onto the bedding. We attempted to be part of the team and work as an entity that was out to solve an issue, not harass these guys - It's 130 degrees up there - Let's get it fixed ! Fixing the problem is always the best response and the path to least resistance.
Let's talk about the "LINE HIDE" issue that Bryan so skillfully ignores - The guy that's going to repair it says "It can't be repaired" I figured out a way - I called Bryan who said "We will take care of it" I stated there was 4 visits and no fix yet - I can do it - Give me the parts and all is well - Nope, he wouldn't do it - "WE have to do it" - After 4 visits to get it right we were done - They can't come back on our property.
Hey office manager, Tell the folks what your name is - My name is ***** ******* - You can reach me at XXX-XXX-XXXX.
Tim, Tim - Do you see how your employees have taken control of this take down of your business? Sloppy work, Customer complaints - Yeah, you're cheaper - You get what you pay for - ************
