    Took our 2007 ***** ** ****** to b&t alignment and automotive. Had lifters replaced do to knocking sound, vehicle was driving fine when we took it. Paid $2,617 picked up vehicle drove it approx 35 mile and the steering locked up, they had to pick up vehicle with flat bed, put power steering pump on that night, parked the vehicle across the road with keys In it I have the voice-mail. After we picked up the vehicle a second time it's making grinding noises and shaking and doesn't drive properly, owners will not talk to us. They were paid $2,617 from us not to mention it's a $16,000 dollar vehicle is now unusable. They failed to do their job. Owner said last time he did lifter he had to redo it all because he order wrong parts but now I see our vehicle and i think that he was incapable of doing the job at all. I do believe the second repair was done in haste with bad Intent, do to the verbal disagreement from previous day. This just a few of the issues, but there are more that need to be addressed.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
    I had contacted them before filing complaint. Was told by secretary and other staff member they were in cancun on vacation. They have not bothered to contact me what so ever. Vehicle still sitting in driveway haven't driven it sounds really bad, don't have the money to just have some other garage look at as I am out 2700 dollars and 16000 vehicle that hasn't been paid of yet so...I have 4 family members and a truck now so. Thank u for responding.

    In response to Mr. ******* *******'s complaint.

     

    Mr. ******* ******* did bring his vehicle to our business for repairs. We did said repairs and Mr. ******* ******* paid for and picked up his vehicle. The same day Mr. ******* ******* called our business to complain that he and his family were stranded because said vehicle had become undrivable. We asked Mr. ******* ******* to have alternative transportation to pick him and his family up from his location. We sent our rollback to retrieve said vehicle and repaired a different problem than the previous complaint. All towing, parts and labor were at no charge to Mr. ******* *******. We asked that he not call or come to our business again.

     I am rejecting this response because: they did not repair it the first time, or the second time and now they will not respond. We paid them to fix the vehicle it is in worse shape then when we took it. Plain and simple, they messed up our vehicle and have no accountability I also know that the last time this type of repair was done in their shop they had to replace all of it. I have 2 kids and money is tight. Now we have a disabled vehicle we are still paying payments on.
