    Civiltek was hired to do a survey for a new home we were purchasing. We needed to have a storm water easement recorded. We paid for these services and were provided a survey. When turning the survey into the county it was not what they were looking for. I communicated this with *** and he told me he would handle it. *** had no knowledge of what was needed and kept telling me he needed to speak with the county because he didnt know what they wanted. The county directed *** and he did the opposite of what they asked. Finally *** spoke with the county and they told him what they needed and he drew it on a map. Our Realtor sent the map to the county via email and asked if it satisfied what they were looking for. They said it was correct and all that needed to be done was for Civiltek to record the survey and provide a play book and page. *** told me he would get this taken care of. Another week went by and I had not heard from him. When I reached out to *** he had blocked my number. I now paid $900 for a useless piece of paper. Judging my the reviews left for his business, Im not the only victim.
