    On May 25 2024 I purchased a Washer and Dryer $725 from Flip My Appliances. The dryer makes a very loud grinding noise.. after two weeks the owner came to look at it and claimed he was going to order the fan and replace it. He never called or answer back my calls.. the Washer is leaking water and it is making a very loud clacking noise during the wash cycle. I found another number to reach the owner and he promised to come on 10/5 to fix it ..he didn't show up then he texted me he will come in the morning. I texted him back inquiring as to when and what day and he refuses to answer or return my calls.. I called him on 10/9 and when I said ..hello he hung up on me and blocked my calls..

    On 4-20-24 I purchase a washer and dryer from FMA and paid 500 thru cashapp. It was delivered same day. The washer does not hook up the younger man called his boss. It needed something new. He stated it would be Monday, well I had to hand wash a shirt and tried to dry it. The dryer did not work I contacted him on Tuesday morning due to no communication that he would not be able to do it the until later in the day due to "picking up a trailer". Wednesday morning I ask when he will be here he said "heading to the shop" @ 9:16am he did not show up until after 12. After starting the 1st washer I smelt an odor. I thought it needed a good cleaning. Wrong after over 10 attempts I contact again on may 4 with no response just to say that this is smelling up my entire home. I contacted again on May 7th no response. May 8th he finally answered send the photo because he forgot. I asked again on May 8th when someone would be by to pickup. Said someone would be here shortly. 2 hours later. I've attempted to contact numerous times today May 10th. No response.

    *******, the owner, is not helpful whatsoever. We purchased a washer and dryer that was advertised on FB marketplace. Both machines have issues. After days and days of reaching out, ******* came out to fix the washer reporting that there was a water pump issue. He fixed that issue and left the ****** disconnected. Our washer is just sitting there filled with water and wont even function at all.He said that there were ******* stuck in the water pump; however, they certainly didnt belong to me. A small Batman thong which doesnt belong to my boyfriend either. He told me he would be here this morning (10/29) to fix it; however did not show with us having to reach out again with him giving an alternate time. This is a standard issue. ******* is not communicative, has no regard for his customers, and is extremely unprofessional. He contacted me telling me that I dont need to call him every 2 minutes and that he can push this out for 30 days because there is a 30 day warranty. He then tried to insinuate that the washer was working until our ******* were sucked up in the water pump. He was so argumentative and blaming me, that I had to end the call. Upon further research, this business is known to sell broken products to customers and then dragging you around for days and weeks to attempt to get the issue resolved. It seems like a simple fix; but, again, customer service and product integrity are not a priority of this business owner or company altogether.Ideally, I would like to return the product and receive a full refund as I do not trust that this company will fix the product effectively.
