    Service provider did not finish the service he said he was going to do and collected half the money. He would not return messages or calls. When I called from a different number I was finally answered after 2 weeks and was told the price that he originally quoted was too low, but I never received a message or call about it. He also said he was going to show up multiple times and never did, giving a different excuse every time. I have text messages showing where he said he was going to come and never showed and never relayed a reason why.

    January 9th 2025 ***** and his brother **** came to my home to replace the injectors on my vehicle 2012 *** x5 xdrive. After taking the car apart to remove old injector Mr. ***** informs meof the part Injector being too big for the car and to return and get the correct part . Mr. ***** then stated he can switch the part out with one from *** he knew someone . I gave him 5 days to get that info otherwise return the part so I can get it replaced or return . He has not contacted me back as of 1/16/2025 His phone is off and is unresponsive at this point him already being paid I just wantmyparts back. he doesnt have to finish the job.
