    Often fails to uphold covenant/bylaws. RENTAL MOLD Claimed county has minimal restrictions in building codes. We purchased. Asked to enforce the covenant for TREE STUMP REMOVAL Claimed they could make a recommendation; Kent Tilley tree removal service. ENFORCE PRIVACY RIGHTS Claimed cameras pointed into master bedroom was not infringement. The operations manager is always CHUM WITH OFFENDERS and polices victims. Prohibits tarp or trees to protect privacy. Asked to ENFORCE LEASHED DOG RULE Accepted lies/denied ownership. Woman noted drug user with probation officer. CONFIRM TREE REMOVAL PLAN Couldn’t discuss the plan of another owner. REFUSED NAME DISCLOSURE TO SERVE TRESPASSING FILING of a renter. UNRESPONSIVE to emails from two weeks ago; inbox says 24-48hr responses. Today’s representative said that our 30min call to review lack of professional etiquette was beyond taxing, but their trends are alarming. An employee showed up at 6:36pm yesterday to approve tree removal as a knee jerk response to the coat of red spray painted lines over my fresh coat of grass seeds. He audibly cited that the covenant allowed them to remove the tree without my consent or knowledge. Goonish behavior indeed. Today’s representative asserted that he didn’t have to speak to me because I didn’t submit the form. When I called two weeks ago I was told “treat it like it doesn’t exist because we cant discuss anything without a form.” Systematically ineffective, reactive and beneath expected performance standards for an HOA of this magnitude. Quite a ruffle that I will not bend to superiority complexes and simply need folks to do their jobs when delivering a paid service. The neighborhood was marketed as a haven for military officers, but it appears that several of the employees and their affiliation with the military make them averse to officers of color. Particularly those of us not groomed by subservient conventions. For the price point, we all deserve what is stated in the covenant.
