    In June of 2022 I purchased a set of Tires from ****** Kluttz, at Kluttz Tire ********* **, For my 2011 ****** Prius. Along with that ******************** me that included free tire rotation as long as I own the vehicle. On my first scheduled rotation, I always ask the Service/Tech if he saw anything wrong while the car was up on the lift. He said "Nope everything was fine". On my second tire rotation( June 2, 2023) again I asked the service tech, if he noted anything wrong, again "Nothing Wrong" But then ************************* walked me out to the car and told me they couldn't rotate the drivers side tires, because they couldn't get the front tire off, Due to a spinning Lug nut. But Don't worry " **************" Bring it back Monday. I went Home and called my ****** Dealer *************************************** and asked if the front wheel Lug nut/hub and brake system should be checked since it serves as part of the main battery regeneration system. When I took the car to the dealer; ****************************, They said the Lug nut was "Cross threaded"and spinning, and needed to be replaced. After removing the Lug Nut they found that the hub was damaged and also needed to be replaced. I was quoted $1600.00 at first, and would need the car for a day. ********************* worked with me and after giving me discounts on Labor, Parts, and senior citizens. The Bill came to $1159,34 which I paid. I presented that **** to ****** , who said the owner would get back with me. On June 7th I got a call from **** Kluttz, who I assume is the owner. He asked me to detail what happened, Right away he attempted to deny any responsibility of wrong doing. He said it's an 11 year old car and things break. I told him *********/ Nut don't cross thread themselves. And the Hub was damaged by your people, attempting to remove the wheel , the only people who touched the tires. This Person refused to take any responsibility for any damage and converted to abusive language. As an 80 year old I found his remarks shameful.
