    Please can anybody tell me how to get these solar panels removed from my roof. Its raining in my house really bad and the insurance company wont pay because its the panels and they drilled holes in my roof with no sealer around them. Ive had nothing but trouble from day one and the guy Kevin havent called me back till this day and its been 3 years. My light bill never changed its higher than ever. They told us so many lies, my home is being ruined because my roof, floors are getting all messed up not to mention the mildew. Im told it costs a lot to get them removed. The finance company is charging us over ****** for some useless panels. Can anybody give me some advice on what to do

    We had panels installed in February 2023. Had the funds released at Kevins request so he could order the backup batteries. System failed two inspections. Finally able to turn panels on in June. I have texted Kevin 17 times and left him 25 voicemails. I have only spoken to him 4 times since the install. In July, they were still pricing the batteries. September, the batteries should be delivered within two weeks. Still no batteries to date because they are no longer available. Funds for batteries should be returned to the finance company.

    Kevin ***** and TOTAL SOLAR COMPANY are scammers and liars and working in together to scam North Carolinians out of their money. I had to call Kevin from 3 different numbers for him to answer my call because he monitors his phone and if it looks like a familiar number he will not answer. This man worked with TOTAL SOLAR company to fraudulently STEAL a contract that I had with ADT Solar in 2021/2022. TOTAL SOLAR called me from different numbers and texts to instruct me how to accept them PRETENDING to be ADT Solar!!!, I informed ADT and they called TOTAL SOLAR to inform them that they learned about their fraudulent practices and we were prepared to contact the ********************* Then all of a sudden, TOTAL SOLAR has just DISSAPEARD off the face of the earth. I have a number for them but it goes straight to voicemail. Fast forward to now, Enphase sends me out wattage output from *********** and how much the panels are putting out. I signed a contract stating my electric bill would be cut in half and it IS NOT!!!!!. I have called Kevin SEVERAL times, no response. He knows my number so he won't answer when I call from that. So I had to use other tactics. I work for ************** so I had to contact him from one of those numbers and what do you know, HE ANSWERED!!!! I asked him how to get in touch with TOTAL solar, he would only give me a number. HE WORKS WITH THESE PEOPLE so he knows who contact. After I asked him a few questions, he NOW states he does not work with that company (TOTAL SOLAR) because they were not honoring contracts with him. THEN WHY DID HE WORK WITH THEM TO SCAM OTHER PEOPLE????? Mr. ***** was WELL aware that TOTAL SOLAR was NOT working in conjunction with ADT Solar. And knew he was getting that contract fraudulently!!!. DO NOT ALLOW KEVIN ***** TO SCAM YOU!!! Now, I am quite sure he will see this and say that he tried to contact me and such but I am letting you know HE HAS NOT. My panels are producing at 1/2 capacity and I want ANSWERS NOW!!!

    I did not know how tolal solar got their leads I just know they would send me a signed contract and yes I have stopped working with total Solar However on the phone I was told that Lighting Electric was very professional and that the customer would like more solar panels from us Also this customer has been contacted in the past by *****

    I had my solar panels installed in 2019. Everything has been good. Now I have a leak in my roof and can't get them out to my house. I've called a few times, I was told they'd have someone out several weeks ago but nobody called me back or turned up !!! I do not want anyone else messing with my solar panels in case it voids any warranty etc. But I need this leak fixed. It's a shame because *************** system.

    I would leave zero stars if possible. Our solar system was installed on 2/27, after numerous failed inspections and frustrating phone calls we finally passed an inspection and received the okay from the power company on 8/3 to turn our system on. Our solar system appeared to be working for 1/2 a day and my inverters/gateway went offline. It is now 8/17 and I am being told the guys will get back out here next week to see whats going on. **************** from the beginning of this process to now has been awful. I wish I had never started this process. We have been paying our power bill in full for 5 months plus payments to the finance company and have missed time off work for all the installation and failed inspections. Would not recommend this process to my worst enemy.

    This company came in while another Solar Company was installing on the roof. The representative led me to believe he was with the first company. Not sure how they found out about the other solar company and where the project was in installation. (Rep) ** said I needed more panels, ** called me at work many times. However this company made me believe they were doing me a favor, by telling me I didn't have to pay finance company from first company. I was told I needed to resign all the documents (looked just like the first company). In this process I took off multiple hours from work (new job), waited for people, sometimes not showing up on time or at all. It got to be where I didn't know who was with which company. I have another whole in my wall in spare bedroom, ceiling fan/light falling out, during the electrical, same day, my HVAC went out as did my pool pump. My first summer in my new house and can't even use the pool. Due to this finance company, checking my credit, score dropping, I can't pay for a new HVAC or pump for pool. I also can't afford to pay the rest of my bills. I am 65, divorced trying to make it on my own. Took me 12 years to get my stuff out of storage and save to buy this house. The other time I got this devastated and sick was when my daughter and son died. Old Lady in Willow ******

    I got a couple of quotes for my solar before I talked to Lighting. I didn't tell them any of the prices to see if I'd get overcharged or get an honest bid. When I told them the system I wanted they came back with the best quote by a long shot! I held off on moving forward to get a few more quotes and Lighting politely encouraged me to see how other quotes compared to theirs, unlike other companies who tried to pressure me to go under contract right away. After I finished getting a total of 5 quotes, Lighting's quote was still the best. Other companies told me if I didn't move forward with their quote within a short time then they wouldn't honor their "limited-time offer", but when I called Lighting back a month after they honored the same price! My **** was informative and responsive when I asked for updates and the process didn't take long. Install went great and me and my **** are still talking. The only thing I had an issue with was they arrived a 1 and a half late for installation, but the installation was done quickly and the crew cleaned everything up after! I honestly don't think I could've found a better solar company, so YES I WOULD RECOMMEND!

    Best electricians I have ever come across and I am in the construction business. Very professional and the most knowledgeable group of electricians I have ever worked with. Will be working more with this company for sure.

    Work crew of panel installation system was awesome. To soon to tell as far as support of product and customer service in long term. But system is operational & appears to worth the investment. There's always room for improvement but particularly satisfied with one employee/individual of company. As to answer primary question and concern YES I would recommend this company.

    I agree with ************** , 4th one down they haven't even got mine up and running. and have not sent the right plans to the inspector. they got ****** of my money I have NOTHING but non- working panels on my shop roof. If you have any thoughts of dealing with this company=== don't!!! run just as far and hard as you can from these liars. They have ripped me off and they will you too. thy will avoid your calls until you threaten them. I will talk to a lawyer tomorrow. and no payments will be made until they get this Stright!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
