  Do not trust Michael at M&H Power Sports and don't sign his work order. In the work order it says that you don't want an estimate and when you sign it Michael will charge you whatever he wants without an estimate. My bill came up to 600 dollars for a Clutch change on a minibike. You can see kids on you tube changing those in 20-30 minutes. Unfortunately, I had no Idea this guy would do something like this. Do not trust them, read the reviews at Google Maps and Yelp, he is known for doing this so do not trust them. He seems like a nice guy but don't let that fool you and take a close look at his work order and at what you are signing. He kept my bike and doesn't want to give it back till I pay the 600 dollars and apparently this is legal. I don't mind paying a bill for 100 or even 150 but 600?????? for a bike that cost 800???? Unfortunately, he knows the systems so don't let him take advantage of you and your hard earn money.

  The customer bought his unit thru Amazon. They do not warranty their sales. Customer contacted us & we contacted the distributor. The distributor denied the customer claim. They then said they would pay for the part however the customer would have to pay the labor. The customer is angry & denies he owes any money. We did the job therefore the customer has to pay.

  ??DO NOT USE M&H POWER SPORTS????
  The owner is corrupt and a thief. His business is not recreational vehicle repair. He intends to extort money from you in hopes you will surrender your vehicle for him to sell through a mechanics lien. He will do whatever he wants to your vehicle without providing an estimate. His contract is vague enough to pass in court in his favor. He preys on his customers under the guise of being a “Christian”, but this man has not an ounce of morality in his being. This crook needs to be shut down!

  This place of business and the owner Michael is the most dishonest place I know of. My son took his 2003 750 Honda Shadow to him for a tune up and oil change. He did say he was a couple weeks behind but after three weeks and no return phone calls we went to pick it up to take it to another shop to have it worked on. Upon arrival he tells us that for him to release it to us we owed him $382.50 for storage fee for the 17 days he had it and hadn't even touched it. I told him that was dishonest and asked him if it was on the paper he had my son to sign to agree for him to work on it. He said, no but it was posted on the wall way behind him on the wall where you have to bend over and look way up from the counter to see. The sign said $22.50 per day storage fee. I know you have a storage fee once it's repaired and you do not pick it up in a timely manner but just to have it sitting there three weeks without being touched, that's very dishonest!!! If you don't believe my review, at least read all the other ones. If you don't want to be ripped off like us, stay away from M and H power sports of Statesville NC!!!
