Universal Handy Services is the hidden gem of contractors in the Charlotte and surrounding areas. We were total novices on project-planning then came in Tiffany & Jay from Universal. They helped us plan the project and quickly followed up with an estimate/proposal. The estimate was the lowest byfar compared to quotes from other companies. We were skeptical because of the low price-point but once the work started and we saw their attention to detail and their professionalism. We felt compelled to share their business to the community. A few other things to expect with them is a set timetable for the work, sharing details and asking questions during the process, professional invoicing, and most importantly kindness.

We found Universal by accident about a year ago and have discovered that they not only are very versital in the repairs they are highly skilled in performing, they are equally committed to a quality result. They do quality work at a very reasonable cost. We have had at least four different workmen on various jobs and found them all to be personable, conversant and competent. Their General Mgr, (Tiffiney) is a big help in matching the workman to the job and getting it done in a timely manner.
