      On Thursday, May 1, I noticed that the board supporting the main spring on my garage door was pulling loose from the garage support, and I was concerned that the main spring would crash down. I called and texted ****** ******* at Uprite Garage Door. With the texts, I sent photos of the problem I was experiencing. The phone number I called is available.****** ******* called me back that evening and said "I have seen this before." He promised that he could have a repairman out the next afternoon, and that he would give me 4 hours notice before arrival. I agreed to this arrangement.When 3:00 PM Friday arrived, I called and texted several times throughout the evening, but no reply was received. I requested in my final text that he give me the courtesy of a reply and there was still no reply. I finally used another repairman found by having a friend who knew someone, and the repair was completed as a favor on Saturday morning. I STILL HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE FROM UPRITE GARAGE DOOR even though they advertise 24 hour emergency service.
