      I have been buying *************************** Diabetic Socks since 2011 and they are the only socks I trust. I have extremely sensitive feet and other brands always cause me foot pain. This cushion sock is just what I need for comfortable walking and hiking. They are expensive but last for years and outlast any of the cheaper brands I've tried.

      Thorlos socks sent me an offer code to use for 20 percent discount and when I tried to use it they said it cant be used because it was used a year ago. My point is why did they send this offer to me a year later in an email if it cant be used. This is how they try to get you to shop. They know you are looking to buy socks and then offer you a discount that cant be used and then they think you will still make a purchase because you need it. Thats poor customer service.

      We thank Mr. ****** for pointing this out.  This was an error on our end that we are working on.  We provided a 20% coupon right away to ensure he was able to use it.  An order was placed that day using the coupon we provided.
