    I have included pictures showing the horrible repairs made on my building. When we first purchased the building someone from the welcome department called to offer me repair and replacement insurance. I was told if damage occurred my building would be repair to new status or replaced. January 9, 2024 the east coast experienced a horrible storm. A tree fell on my building (which I purchased for a tax office...this was the opening month and week of most tax offices) Pictures were taken and sent to the insurance ***** Calls were ignored. Feb 5- 2 men came out to fix the building. We were told the order was to repair the inside and replace the roof. All metal was removed. repairs on inside are very sloppy. large gaps in sheating seams. before new tin was installed...main office said no only replace the three bad panels which my husband suggested earlier old metal was reinstalled with giant screws. the roof looks horrible. They took a beautiful ********** and turned it into a backyard shed. I am broken and want it replaced free of charge. I have lost revenue waiting on the repairs and now the inside looks worse than the outside and neither is even worth the payment I have already paid or the balance I still owe. When building is paid for I will have paid ***** for a building not worth *******. phones call are not being returned. My husband just ask someone come out and look at the horrible job and fix it. No-one in this company even cares. The only contact anyone will give is ****** and he is rude and definitely not professional and doesn't care the roof is going to leak and looks totally unprofessional. Not to mention the ********* of unprotected equipment inside the tax office. More pictures can be supplied with Time stamps on them corresponding with the two dates mentioned. ***** paid so far for the ***** repoed building and after 60 months the total paid will be *********. I would like someone to address this issue immediately.

    On Saturday November 26th, I purchased a building from Heritage Building company with the down payment of $384. The documents that were sent to me were blank pages with signature requests, that’s is all. After receiving little to no updates; I canceled the purchase on Friday December 2nd. I received a policy about refunds that only mentions cash purchases, saying on all cash purchases they will have to keep $200 in the event of canceling, I paid over the phone with a card/ bank account. After days of waiting for a response I was told that I will only be receiving part of my refund and I need all of it.

    I purchased a shed from Heritage Building Company on September 10, 2022. The shed was delived to my home on October 21, 2022. The shed arrived with damage and was reported immediately to Heritage Building Company by the delivery driver Anthony *******. Mr. ******* took pictures of the damage and submitted a claim on my behalf on or around the same time as delivery. Since then I have been unable to have the shed repaired. They were expected to arrive Novermber 15, 2022 between 10am and 12am to perform the repair. This was all coordinated through their warranty administrator Tiffany *********. The damage was reported to both the regional sales Manager Wes ******** and local sales rep Marion ******. I waited all morring on September 15th for the repair guys to arrive and they never showed up. Mr. ******** did not seem to care that my shed was delivered damaged and did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. I am at a loss for the lack of customer service by this company. I paid $5815.80 for a 10x12 shed that arrived damage and no none at Heritage seems to care. At this point, I would like a 50% refund of the price paid to accept the damage since the company has ignored my request for repair.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. This business has been non responsive to my attempts to resolve the matter with them directly.
