    Had our old rubber roof (patio room) replaced by *********************' company Home Demands who promised the new roof should last 15 years, also with 5 years warranty. He charged $2,800 with $1000 in advance After finishing the work within just few months (Feb/March 2022) it started noticeably leaking getting worse (we can't tell only when it rains), after much calls by me and friends and months of patient waiting to fix his work, he send another unknown contactor Sept.2022 who patched up areas over and left with no explanation. Since it was done, the roof has been leaking- now- badly and on multiple spots getting worse alarmingly with fear of the ceiling pouching in. This time we never heard from him despite a campaign of calls/texts/photos. Even notifying him that we will report him to BBB. Patience has limits and we have been more than generous to give him all that time to repair the damage.Outside contactors checked and confirmed the horrible job and said this can not be a brand new roof less than a year old. We feel we over paid someone to damage the property with an on going deterioration ruining its value and potential for more damage and costs on our own expenses. We can no longer afford wasting more time nor money or tolerating seeing our property decaying for someone's incompetency and profit. Please find x21 photos of:1- Signed contract 2-the leak and its progression to its current size and scale.from March.22, April.22,July.22, Aug.22, Sep.22, Feb.23. 3-see your self the "brand new" roof of 15 years life span and x5 years warranty.

    We hired Scott W*****, owner of Home Demands to provide contracting services in the form of finishing our shed with insulation and walls/paint, flooring, waterproofing, window replacement, attic space extension; as well as replacing our garage side access door. We paid him 40% up front (1,500.00) by check. He and his worker came out and did about half day's worth of work - the updated insulation where needed, and replaced the cork-board wall panels with plywood. This was on October 11 maybe? and we haven't heard anything since despite dozens of text messages, calls (his VM is now full), and emails. We really like Scott, I'm just trying to get a response from him and hoping maybe this will help. We'd like for them to either come finish the job, or provide a refund given the amount of work performed couldn't be more than half of the cost of work paid.
