    Great! These guys are awesome, I would recommend them to anyone, took out two huge overgrown ******** pears and put back in japenese ******, worked extremely clean and the price was well under what I expected

    JLP Infrastructure ************** started out great. They were very nice, prompt, gave reasonable price and appeared to be very professional. I hired them to cut down two trees on my property. They showed up at their appointed time with what appeared to be the proper equipment. The first tree went down without a hitch. The second tree was laid in the middle of my house with me and my son in it. I know accidents happen but it seemed the owner got impatient and did not top the tree enough before trying to lay it. After the accident, the owner removed the tree from my house, packed up and left. He DID NOT secure or offer to secure my house that was literally split in half. He did not ask if we had somewhere to go. Live electrical wires were down and I was told I would have to call the electric company. He stated his insurance company would be in touch with me (that took over a week). I had to find someone to secure my house and buy tarps, 2x4's etc. I didn't hear from JLP until I wrote a review two weeks later. They then had the audacity to call and ask me to change my review because it was costing them business. I was out of my home 8 months. The lack of concern or empathy was unbelievable. Very disappointing.
