    Company repaired a leak in the roof and the leak reappeared. After acknowledging that they would redo the work they never showed up.

    After paying in advance for materials, business ghosted me. Owner finally agreed to refund my money. That was several months ago and has not refunded my money. This company operates by taking money from customer and then has one excuse after another for not following through. Dont trust them !!!

    We did not ghost customer, we agreed to a project cost and a couple days before beggenning customer texts me saying she has to cancel the project. After I had already canceled other projects to start this project I was left with no work for my guys for over 3.5 weeks. I did not ghost customer I have kept good in contact with client and have the messages to prove. We required deposit of ****** for first phase of project. we agreed to refund ****** which customer also agreed to for refund because of job cancelation at last minute which costed us dearly. ( fist time with this experience)

    I had give my subcontractors deposits for their electrical and hvac install for the project and after learning of the cancelation I asked my subs to give me the deposit back. which they have not refunded but I as the man who took the money I will refund it, as a small business I am having hard time getting ****** together for refund. I do not have anything to hide I will gladly put up everything I have on this matter on this site

    My experience with this business has been a nightmare from day one. Constant no shows after promising to be here on certain days. At this point we have had over 30 no shows from this business. I have paid every penny owed to this business to finish my bathroom remodel and have been waiting for 8 months now for them to finish. Sergio has ghosted me and will not respond. If this doesn’t work I have no choice but to take legal action to get my money back so I can pay someone else to finish his “job”. We were unhappy with the work they did on our front porch so Sergio said they would come back out to fix it. They never came back to fix that and it has also been paid for. At this point I don’t know what else they can do wrong. I want my money back so that I can hire a professional to complete their unfinished work.
