    On 10/13/2023, we signed a contract with *********************** of Master Baths and paid him $1150.00 for a bathroom remodel project that he was supposed to start on 11/13/2023. There was to be another renovation on our main bathroom after this job was complete. He was in communication with us twice since then to give us excuses as to why he has had to push the start date back. That was before 12/25/2023. The last thing we got from him was a text stating he had workers that messed up a job and he had to fix it and he would start after the first of the year, January ****. Since then, we have reached out via phone calls, voicemails, texts, ******** messages to both he and his wife on several different dates and at different times. We have only gotten one response from his wife via ******** messenger and she indicated she would have him call us. We never got that call. There has been no attempt on their part to resolve this matter. We paid them money for the supplies, got a hand written receipt, and have not heard anything since. We have a signed contract and unsure if we can find someone else to do the job or whether we have to pay out more money to someone else because he may not have given us enough materials. Now we have read all the comments about how he has done this to others. This is so frustrating. Please help!

    Met with the owner several times to re-do the tile in our bathroom. Paid for all the tile months before work was to start. As the job was about to begin paid the $5350 deposit on June 23rd. Excuse after excuse and was just told he can’t do the job due to staffing. Requested the materials to be delivered and money to be repaid and I am still getting completely blown off.
