    Premium Edition games is a boutique video game company that makes limited edition video games, which they sell on the internet through their own website. They take pre-orders for their video games, accepting payment well in advance through payment methods such as ****** and credit card. They then promise to ship the preordered product at a later date. For the first few years of their existence, they were a respectable company, and their pre-orders would ship out 6-9 months after the pre-order period. Around mid-2023, Premium Edition games stopped shipping many of their games. However, they continued taking pre-order money from their customers. For the past two years, many pre-orders have hung in limbo while the company continues to promise to ship at a later date. They blame the delays on production issues. At present, many preorders that have been paid for 1-2 years in advance have still not shipped. The company refuses to issue refunds and, unfortunately, the window for clawing back money through traditional means ******* disputes/credit card chargebacks) has elapsed. Essentially, the company refuses to fulfill orders, keeps blaming production issues, and holds customers' money in limbo without fulfilling delivery of the products they promised. 2+ years is considered an unprecedented amount of time for a pre-order with no refund option available. Many customers/collectors have speculated that the company is intentionally attempting to delay in order to keep pre-order money with no intention of fulfilling orders.
