    I am writing to formally address a matter of concern regarding a recent notice issued to my daughter, ***** *******, which claims that my wife, ******* *********, is living with her at the property located at **********************************************. This notice alleges that the housing management received information from maintenance personnel, which is both misleading and untrue.Firstly, I must emphasize that my wife does not reside at that address and has never had any intention to do so. The claim made in the notice is completely inaccurate and not based on any factual information or evidence. As such, I believe it is important to clarify that there has been no violation of any lease or occupancy agreement. The notice you issued references statements made by maintenance personnel, which is concerning, as such individuals typically do not have access to or involvement in matters relating to tenant residency or occupancy status. It is my understanding that housing managers and property management staff are required to make determinations regarding occupancy status based on verified and accurate information, not hearsay or unverified claims from maintenance workers.Under the law, specifically the Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. 3601 et seq.), tenants are protected from arbitrary accusations that could interfere with their rights to quiet enjoyment of their dwelling. Additionally, any action that could lead to eviction or penalties must be substantiated by clear and convincing evidence. An accusation without proper verification is not only legally unfounded but could be considered defamatory and may give rise to legal action if not rectified promptly.
