5 starsI just moved into my home in January & was devastated to discover I had a serious water problem in my crawlspace & adjacent basement. ****** was my 2nd of 3 appointments for estimates. I canceled the 3rd & hired 58 Foundations. Nathans experience level impressed me. He is extremely knowledgeable & took his time explaining everything to me. I had LOTS of questions, and he remained polite & professional (didnt get frustrated or rushed). Most importantly, he was not at all pushy. I cant stand pushy sales people! His price was not only competitive (aligned with first estimate), it was VALUE-ADDED because the scope of work ended up being a little bigger. The crew was amazing too!Review fromJack S

5 starsWe just had an inside leaning foundation wall job that required I-beams placed against the wall that was done by *****, *** and Memucan. Absolutely a great crew. The 3 of them were laughing and having fun in a job that was very hard because the space thay worked in was just low enough to be a back bending hard job. You can tell when a crew is managed by good leadership like *****. They were pleasure to work with. The cleaned up behind the job. Very happy with them.Review fromMatthew A

5 stars****** *. was punctual for our estimate. He was upfront about what needed to be done. He explained any potential issues that needed to be addressed. ****** *. explained how installation was done and showed what our basement will look like when the job is complete. Basement waterproofing was a big job. First day started a little rough but team made up for it the next 2 days. ********, ************ are a great team that answered all my questions & even what I didn't think to ask. The team works well together. Thanks!

Our team was amazing! Kept us informed, cleaned up afterwards, careful inside and outside of the house, polite, professional, etc.. '58 Foundations did an amazing job with water proofing our basement in our new home. We just moved in and wanted to start with getting our basement fixed up so we can have additional living space. I called 58 Foundations to remove old insulation in crawlspace and replace it along with a new liner for the floor. The inspection was completed by Kent T******* who was very thorough and answered all of my questions . He gave me a quote which was reasonable and then Jessica called the next day to schedule. She was very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable .Lawrence and Robert were the men who came to work at my house . They represented their company in a friendly professional manner and did an excellent job. I would recommend this company with no hesitation.'58 Foundations & Waterproofing

Quick and efficient work. A job well done! I interviewed 3 different companies in my area to stabilize and level the floor above our crawl space. '58 Foundations was not the cheapest and they were not the most expensive. They were chosen because they went above and beyond my expectations when I was actively looking for a solution to my problem of sagging joists. The initial estimator Todd took his time to make sure all our questions and concerns were addressed and did not use high pressure techniques to try to get our business. Finally, when the job started the crew arrived on time each day and kept me updated with the status of the job in a timely manner, I most highly recommend you use this company when you have issues with your floors and crawlspaces.'58 Foundations & Waterproofing
