  Neighbor hired Brisson's Tree service to remove large cypress/cedar trees beside me. During removal, they damaged my fence due to an oversized portion of the tree not being controlled. They finished after dark and promised to return to fix my fence the following weekend. They did fix the fence to my satisfaction, but there was 3-4 inches of snow on the ground then. I sent a text to **** ******* requesting he return now the snow was melted and in the light of day you could see all the debris left behind and damage to my yard. He replied he would come by and look and address if it was the cypress limbs, which clearly it is. I never saw him come by, so I sent him pictures to which he didn't bother to reply. Although I didn't contract Mr. ******** I should not have to clean up behind him and his crew for a job my neighbor paid them well to do. The added work for a 65 year old woman is not appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I reached out again with no response. Therefore feel the need to submit this complaint

  I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. The state of my yard is still the same and I will have to pay to have cleaned up prior to the next mowing that is needed next week.   In addition, I will need to seed and straw the banks where they skinned it up with the large trees and their trucks and chipper on my lawn.  Which, by the way, they did not request permission to park there.   

  Considering their lack of response, I would like to change my course of action request to monetary compensation to cover these cost as it looks like they are not going to do the right thing and clean up from their job.

  We did the job 1-8-25 the trees was on a bank so we had a log roll into the fence it snowed a day after and we fixed fence 1-12-25 and everyone was happy how ever she text me 2-25-25 6 weeks almost 7 weeks after the job was completed complaining about debris left we just had a big wind storm come through on 2-23-25 and I was busy in ******* removing trees off of a house and doing storm clean up I felt her debris was caused by the storm giving she waited 6 weeks after the job was completed and two days after a storm to contact me about limbs

   I am rejecting this response because:
  ********* stating he would come by and see if the debris was by his making, which it was.  He never came by, never bothered to respond to my text or request again.  My neighbor ended up cleaning up ********* mess as he felt responsible for hiring them and the fact they did not complete their job.  My neighbor is also going to sow more seed on the damaged bank areas and the yard area where ********* parked their heavy trucks without my permission.  I **** ********* rating will reflect their poor work ethic and attitude.  I am just grateful for a good neighbor.  I certainly will never recommend this company!
