I received a wash and haircut at this place of business, and I was told that she charges your credit card if you dont show up for your next appointment. I thought it was a strange way to do business, but I thought she wouldnt charge my card unless I didnt show up, because that is how she worded it. However, after handing me my card, she asked me if I needed a receipt, and I said, Yes. She handed me the card reader which asked if I want to leave a tip, and because she was watching me the whole time, I left a 20% tip. I took my receipt, put it in my purse, and went home. Once home, I looked at the receipt, I found that she had charged me not only that days wash and haircut, but she further charged me for the next visit, where I had requested a hair root coverage. It made me and my husband angry, and I felt like she now has control over my credit card and can charge me what she wants to charge. I havent even been for my appointment, but I already unbeknownst to me have been charged the full amount for the next appointment! I do NOT believe this is legal!

The day I squeezed miss ***** in I did a root touch up color on her, her hair was fried from pulling the black through everytime, so I just touched up the roots and talked with her about taking a little more off the back where her hair was broken , it was  a beautiful *** with layers,  the black color came out very shine as I have an awsome color line, when she gave me her credit card her name was different so it took me a little investigation to figure out who she was, when she left yes she rebooked and a tip the only reason I watched her was to make sure she understood how to work my machine, her cognitive faculties didn't seem to be as a normal state of mind, do to this I wanted to help if needed, root touchups start at 105,  she did cancel her next appointment.
