    This company replaced the blower on my hvac. The tech did not properly secure the fan on the unit, which the fan came off and did damage to the inside of the unit. After the 3rd attempt the company finally sent the tech out and all they did is put the fan back on and did not do any repairs from the damage the fan did. The owner also came out as well and after many attempts the owner would not respond to me. The fan is damaged, wires, copper pipe and more from the tech negligence. I want everything repaired from the damage the fan did.

    Customer has a **** carrier heat pump. We were initially called out due to the fan not running. We replace the fan and capacitor. Everything was running fine. Once we left we got a return call that the unit was not running. We were not able to go back out as quickly as the customer needed. He called another ******************** and air company sent pictures of what that company had found. We went back out replace the Fan blade due to the original fan blade being damaged. Did a leak test to make sure there was no further damage. Customer was not charged Then **** back the third time to wrap the copper lines with electrical tape. Customer was not charged again. The   unit is running properly. All Freon levels check out. The equipment is running as efficiently as a 20 year old piece of equipment can. We apologize for the inconvenience to the customer but we had a family member pass away. Customer did not call the office called the Owners personal cell phone. At that time the owner was not available.
