We attempted to cancel our contract with Full Mag. It was made known that we missed the contract deadline to cancel by the business. Completely my family's fault. However, in an exchange to verify when we can cancel our contract for this upcoming year. The business kept referring me to the contract, in which I did not understand the terminology. I asked the business to provide me with my official contract end date and the month to which I need to inform them that I need to cancel. Both times they either screenshot the contract to me, or just ignored me. All I need is the date my **** contract ends and the month to which I should cancel. 90 days prior to contract end and ************************************************* Again I signed the contract, I made the mistake of misunderstanding a few things in the contract. All of which is on me, but this business refuses to assist in helping me understand. I just want out of the contract before I lose money next year, for a business that is inconsistent in their service and inconsiderate in their customer service.

All the information ******* needs is provided in the contract she signed (which she clearly has since she uploaded it in her complaint) and by signing agreed that she understood everything therein, and instead of whining to the BBB like an immature child she could very simply read the contract and have her answer.

As to Candaces statement of inconsistency in service, we have followed the contract to a tee

unfortunately this is what people like her have allowed the world to get to, oh no I didnt get my way or didnt get my answer fast enough so Im going to try to make a small business look bad by slandering them on BBB or social media that will show them, unfortunately we do not take bother from the acts of simple minded folks doing simple minded things, and we believe it also takes a simple minded person to see something like what ******* has posted here and let that effect their decision to use or not use a company and we dont mind the ones that do read this and dont use our company because that shows how simple minded they are and thats not the kind of customer we want. We acquire adult mature able to read what they sign customers and unfortunately there is 1% here and there that slip through and thats what leads to childish remarks like the ones ******* has chosen to make.

If ******* (you) choose to continue in a slandering or liable manner our company will take action against you in a legal manner for defamation etc.

We are not obligated to provide extra information outside of the contract to anyone that chooses to be rude to us, if you would like to apologize via text message to our business line followed by a correctly worded request for a specific date range we will consider offering you that assistance *******. Following a sincere apology we would be happy to offer you a 50% buyout instead of the contractual 75% since you are so unhappy, however this offer is good for 5 days and will expire 01/22/2024

have a wonderful day and god bless you.

    Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: I was not given a contract end date or date to reach out when the time comes to cancel. I did not name call, I did not do anything other than show professionalism in this situation. Submitting a complaint to the BBB can be resolved if the company answers the question, which they did not.

I will not be accepting their 50% offer to cancel; not using their service was never the issue. I admitted I missed the deadline for this year. It was simply a date I needed. I do not believe an apologize on my part is needed, per the texts I was not rude. Full Mag understands they are to continue to pick up my garbage which will be placed at the end of the driveway to avoid issue. And I will be reaching out each month to ask to cancel my contract.
