      I brought over a thousand dollars worth of designer childrens clothes in to consign, after 3 months of no sales, I requested my clothes returned. I was told I would be charged a fee per item. I went into the store and looked through the racks. My clothes are not in the store. I ask where they were and was told they were being sold online. The clothes are not longer on the shelves or in the store. I have not received any money. I need Resolution. Please help me get my money refunded. Thank you.

      Items were tagged in our store on 7/12/2023

      Items were hung and placed for sale on our floor 7/13/23.

      You began contacting our store within the week.

      You were paid $48.00 on 7/21/2023 and used $10.41 on new purchases less than 10 days of items being placed on floor.

      You continuously called ,came into the store or messaged daily.

      Another payout was done on 8/22/2023 amount of $23.78

      You had previously consigned 1 pair of ************* Jeans which you changed your mind, came to the store and removed the item from our floor.

      Our contract states:

      Items will be donated after season to charity.

      Items will not be returned to consignor if unsold.

      Your balance can be used as a instore credit or a cash payout once reached $25.00 with a 24hr notice because we do not keep extra cash on hand.

      WE have made every attempt to accommodate you including making exception to the contract.

      WE have multiple text from you stating how pleased your are with our store,

      Because we stopped you from early payouts, the text and phone calls that were becoming harassment you became upset.

      Your items on the floor will be donated after 10/03/2023.  

      Your cash balance will be $21.99.  A check will be sent to the address you provided on your contract.

      We are sorry you had a bad experience with our store and we wish you all the best.  We believe we followed our contract except to the benefit of your request.
