      Hired for a one-time deep clean. Overall the service was very mediocre. The price was high and one of the cleaners did little more than wave a duster. Showers were inadequately cleaned. Floors were not well cleaned. It was not good enough to hire them again, and the pricing was bad.For the price and quality, we did not rehire for ongoing cleaning. They showed up for an appointment that we did not make and did not want because of the poor initial quality of the deep clean. When I told them we didn't need the house cleaned, they left but charged me for the service on the credit card I had previously used. As far as I am concerned, this is essentially stealing money. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!Very disappointed.

Ensuring customer satisfaction is at the core of our operations, and we offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee following our services to address any concerns promptly. It's important to clarify that the service provided was part of our recurring maintenance cleaning program for your 5900sf residence, not a deep cleaning. This initial cleaning is required for setting up your home for regular maintenance, as reflected in our records.Regarding cancellations, our policy requires at least a 24-hour notice. Despite our team being scheduled and showing up ready to service your home Dec 30, 2024, they couldn't proceed due to access issues, leading to charges on your account. Our records show the reminder email was opened at 10:19 PM on December 25, 2024, but no cancellation was received, resulting in these charges. We aim to maintain efficient scheduling and reliable service for all clients while ensuring our staff receives fair compensation. We've also previously sent a detailed invoice to clear up any confusion about the charges. As a dedicated service provider, we use our customers feedback to improve our services. As a step forward, we'll include more reminders about our cancellation policies in our emails. We understand that our clients are busy, and sometimes they might forget or miss these details. While we appreciate your feedback, we must adhere to our policies to ensure our staff gets paid fairly. Thank you for your understanding.
