      so I signed up for Myfitment **** auto part service because after reviewing on the website it looked like all I had to do was sign up for $19/month service to get **** sync with Myfitment software so my auto parts would automatically be detected so my customers know if the part fits their cars.So after signing up I tried to get it working but I was told I needed to pay for additional service called **** plus.The chat agent said she will have one of the advisor reach out to me but that never happened.So I didn't even know how much the extra service would cost.All the while my new **** account got permanently deactivated for no apparent reason so I decided to just cancel Myfitment subscription and get my money refunded.I reached out to Myfitment chat agent on 05/20/2023 but nothing..so I reached out again on 05/22/2023 and they said they will have somebody get back to me.Funny all that happened was I got charged $19 and nothing delivered only empty promises.So today, Myfitment chat agent messaged me "Our service is based on monthly subscription. So refund is not possible." This really got my angry because I never even got to use the service and there was no way to cancel it from my end.Literally no option to cancel or delete subscription or payment method.So the same chat agent name ****** try to correct me that I first reached out on May 21st unbelievable.Her bad attitude shows on chat! so toxic!Funny thing is, in the same chat when I scrolled it all the way up, it showed that I first reached out on May 20th 2023...So what is she trying to prove?She said that they cancelled it already but wheres my refund?Now that I've told them I'm going to write my honest reviews on BBB they messaged me "Hello,We were waiting for your reply. If it is our mistake, we would have issued a refund."They lie and lie and lie it never stops! This is unbelievable dishonest business ethic.This company deserves severe punishment for treating customers like this.

      Customers cancellation request and demand for a refund both took place on May 21st 2023. We were in contact with the customer who said they would remove their complaint once the refund was received.
