I would NEVER use them again nor do I recommend you hire them the ****************** is poor and quality assurance is not even thought about the ** will become nonresponsive once contract is signed and IF you hire make sure that every detail is in your contract inspite of being told that it isnt necessary due to it being an understood part of the process because they will not do what they say I requested a projected rendering before work began and was texted an elementary drawing on graph paper NO KIDDING In addition the formula they use for certainty was very uncertain and cost me and additional **** Not to mention the 2wks of waiting for an email that never came for the sandlock choices so ******* helped us with that due to the overpromising and again under delivering of the Gurus ** These are big kids poorly running a business without the acquired knowledge and skills to provide the best service nor good customer service I hired per the HomeDepot Pro list and I totally regret it If it were not for Andinos Trim LLC and Earthly Touch LLC we would be in court right now These two companies came in and saved the day and pretty much gave us the oasis we thought we contracted for I got lots of calls and text when they wanted payment and I purposely made them wait as a ****** but husband just wanted them out of our life so I had them come a couple of days later The Gurus ** could never recall conversations so I had to start recording them and initiate text or email for record sake We just had to have the ** unit in our new addition serviced because these GURUS dislocated the pipe while laying gravel and never said a word and the audacity to lay back down with hopes we would not find out and maybe would not if we had not had the issue UNBELIEVABLE but this is how they do business
