    Hello, My name is ******** and Im writing you regarding a dispute that happened at Dunkin Donuts on 4/10/2024 around 10:00am. I went through the drive through and ordered my usual frozen ************* and the employee says to me I want to let you know we can only make your drink one time please pull forward. Once I get to the window I ask the employee why did the cahsier make that announcement on the intercom she replied my manager told me to inform you we cant remake your drinks I asked her to call the manager. Once the manager gets on the phone he says You have been asking to remake your drink more than once and we cant waste anymore products on you. . . You can go to ********** I explained to him that every time I come there theres new young workers that clearly dont have enough experience because my frozen coffee comes out watery. If Im paying for an item it should be made correctly with no problem. The manager Denied me of service and tells me to go to ********* which is very disrespectful and bad customer service. Ive been going to ****************** for years and Ive never been treated so poorly by a manager.

    I am so sick of spending over $20 a day and not being able to consume product at least one a week. Today I spent/$25 through Uber eats for a couple coffees and a couple refreshers. I was given no straws. With the drinks I drink you have to have a straw because it all settles on the bottom constantly while drinking it so you have to stir non stop. So that is $25 wasted an that is such a tiny amount to what I spend everyday.
