    We purchased a home that has had several issues with it and we have a 1 year warranty with them. They have refused to help us with any of the issues other than giving us contact information for the contractors that they had do the installations. 1. Foundation issues with a corner of the house has dropped. 2. Did not install the roof over the garage with any ventilation and improperly wired it.3. They installed a french drain with the wrong piping so no water is draining from our yard. (we've personally invested over $12,000 in drainage because of this)4. Garage door has broken 3 times.5. We have not had an oven for 4 months with multiple complaints. They are going to install a new oven but it does not match any of the other appliances in the house now. When asked for the problem they said take it up with the ****** Appliance store. The oven came with the house.

    1. Refused to help them.    We have been to the house more than 10 times in the last year to answer questions and fix things that are maintenance related and not covered under warranty to be nice.
    2. Foundation issue with the corner of the house.  We paid an engineer to go take a look at this complaint and he determined there was no issue.  We sent the homeowner an engineered letter stating this.

    3.  Improper ventilation on garage roof.  There was a complaint by the homeowner that was taken care of within 4 days

                 Improper wiring.   This is false and all wiring was inspected by the city and approved  

    4.  Installed a french drain with incorrect piping which prevents drainage.  This is false as we installed the correct piping and it was inspected multiple times by the city of ****** and approved.  In addition the french drain has nothing to do with the drainage in a yard.  It is there to drain water away from the foundation only....not out of the yard.

           5.  Garage door has broken 3 times.  Our garage tech has been there twice and both times it was due to the sensor being pushed out of alignment.  Garage tech repaired for free both times but was homeowner error

            6.  The appliance company handled the warranty with the oven.  They did not communicate the best but there was nothing we could do there as we were all told a part had been ordered to repair.

     

    In addition the homeowner paid his own homeinspection company to do an inspection on the home and issues that came up prior to closing were addressed.  We also had multiple walk throughs with the homeowner to address any of their concerns.
