    On Dec 1, I decided to install 14-days free version of Avast security app for my iPhone and I got an email confirmation to ******************** which is my Apple email (my iPhone login-in email also as my payment from my iPhone) After 14 days I decided to turn premium version to free version, so on Dec 15th morning I changed from premium version to free version. However, I checked out later that day like 1:30 pm, I found out one year premium charge which is ***** plus tax was on. (Order ID :********** )I also checked out my Avast app several days later that Avast app is on free version, not on premium version. I want a FULL REFUND from Avast, however through avast website using my registered email to Avast, ********************* which I registered for Avast security, I could not find my order or payment history. How can I claim my FULL REFUND from Avast?

    I signed up for a free trial with Avast. At the end of the trial I would be charged $77.99 per year with the understanding that I would be able to cancel even after I am billed and get a refund. I noticed I was billed $77.99 on my bank statement. I immediately reached out to avast via chat (no phone # is available) and was waiting for almost an hour. I made two of such attempt with no success. Even tough I sent messages with my concern to the chat agent while I waiting on hold. I never got a response. I then logged into my account and requested to cancel my service and a refund. It gave me a popup notification stating my services were cancelled and I would get a refund within 5 days. I never got a refund. I tried replying to the e-mail confirmation I got when I signed up but it was returned that they do not accept emails at that address but did not provide another. I then filed a dispute with paypal. They informed me that avast refused to give me a refund because they claim I have the services which again, I can see in my account it shows services "expired" because the immediately cancelled my services. Paypal reopened the case and submitted documents which avast once again refused to refund my money. I finally found a phone # for avast and was told I had to cancel the paypal dispute and they would send me an email for me to reply to it with the screenshot of the closed the dispute. When asked paypal for the information, they said, they would contact avast to resolved it (3rd attempt), still no resolution. I requested to close the dispute with paypal to see what avast would do. When I sent the information avast requested, they said I have to wait 15 days for a response on my request for a request as it will take them 10 days to show paypal dispute closed in their system. I would have wait until November 15, 2023. They said no such thing when I signed up or when they said to send in the information. I want my money back. I NEED my money back as soon as possible.

    I am paying for antivirus protection from Avast, and now I have a virus that is a spyware and I can't use my computer now. I called and spoke to a **** ******* but when I asked how much it was going to cost he hung up on me and didn't fix the problem. Now I can't get into my email account and if I want to pay a bill I can't because if I do the spywear will let them know what I am doing. Please help me!!!
