    My daughter was the victim In an auto accident on 8/23/24. The tow company that picked up her car was exceptional. Working with ********************* has been horrible. They hired a second tow truck driver, ***** at Jags and Fuggie Towing, and he has held my car since last Friday refusing to tow it to ************ collision center as instructed by me and Progressive. He is charging more than his contract permits and will not release the car to another tow company unless Progressive pays him. The middle man is a firm called *****. He hangs up on me when I call, will not tell me where my car is, and wont send me a photo of the car. We are now in week three of my car not being sent to the collision center so they can tell me if my car is totaled or will be repaired. Our daughter was injured in the accident which took place in **. I live in **. Its gotten ridiculous to try to resolve this issue. I would like the original tow companies any to pick my car up from ***** and deliver it to *****************
