    Damaged a load rite pontoon boat trailer axle, contacted manufacturer that makes the axles (auto flex-*****) and they said they dont sell to public but I can get a replacement through load rite. Contacted numerous load rite dealers in my area (200 mile radius) from load rites website and all of them are either impossible to contact or no longer a load rite dealer. Called load rite directly and got a quote on the axle but not the technical support I was looking for. Was quoted a price of $612.00 for part #****.21K and $1,123.00 for part #****.22K. The woman that was helping me could not give me a shipping quote because it was too late in the day Numerous emails to the inside sales supervisor *********************************** about getting some technical questions answered and for a local dealer that *** be able to help me out. Emails went unanswered for days, and only answered when I emailed her again. In one email she came back with a quote on two axles and shipping and no technical response from my question. I only need one axle . Her final and last response was a quote with a different price (increase of $118.00) and said in the interim the prices went up. Because the were unable to give me technical support, a quote on shipping, delayed responses from previous emails leave me faced with paying a higher price because they were unable to help me attain a crucial and common replacement part. Without this part the boat trailer is useless and I was forced to rent a boat slip in a ****** and untimely pay to have the boat transported and blocked on land. Without my trailer for boat storage, storage for my boat has cost me a fortune. I thought this was going to be an easy process but has turned into a nightmare financially and frustrating dealing with either incompetent employees of load rite trailers or ones that dont care. I would like an upper management supervisor try and resolve this problem. Shocked and amazed at the unprofessional service, response and lack of support.
