    I had called hood ******************** P.A to inquire about a land survey. Spoke to the front desk employee who took my information and stated the owner Mr. ******************** would call me to schedule the appointment as well as discuss the price and billing of the job (08-05-2024). I never received a phone call from the company. A little over two weeks later they showed up at the property. They asked if the job had been completed my girlfriend states yes. Asked if they had called me they said no asked if they had scheduled with me they said no. They left. On 08-26-2024 they sent an invoice for $275 stating job cancelled at the job site. However never confirmed the job scheduled the job or returned my initial phone call. I called them to try to fix the issue and was told what I was saying is bull s*** and I can either pay or they will take me to court and hung up. all said by Mr. ******************** the owner. The job was not cancelled on site the job was never confirmed or scheduled with the customer. I should not have to provide a payment to a business that does not confirm or schedule services with the customer.
