    Prior to purchase of camper paid company $1600.00 in July 2022 to install a new peel and seal roof with 10 yr warranty. On October 3rd.2022 roof started leaking on inside of camper, called repeatedly was told that they would come 3 different times never showed. Went to business in person on 1/23/2023 owner of business ********************* claimed they had came but gave wrong description of ****** also asked for receipt which he claimed he mailed when I Insisted printed one. On 1/24/2023 a guy showed up without ladder etc. to repair stayed 30mins. Started leaking again 1/25/2023 called several times told man would show on 1/27/2023 at 10am didn't come until 1:25 left at 3 without telling me what was done. 1/30/2023 still leaking. Owner of company told me not to call him anymore but call his laborer. Also stated the problem was around ac unit and I needed to contract a person to lift units out and contact his laborer to come at same time to lay roofing material properly or it would ruin warranty. Rained and leaked 2/1 thru 2/3/2023 during last call I made the owner of ************* stated he gave me a number to call and hung up on me. Had another Company repair leak on 2/20/2023 said not laid properly supposed to be in single layer mine is like patch work. Made a dam where water got trapped and run to low point cost of repair was $378.28 for now but need new roof approximate estimate $6,000.00 as wood was damaged in several places forming soft spots. Also have inside water damage to floor, base board trim, wall where leak was running and around back door. Still have to get estimate on those repairs.
