    They are false advertising. I was on their website looking to buy a cabin. It shows floor plans for the entire cabin. Drove 10hrs and 30 mins to the place to pay for it after they called me on the phone. They never said anything about it being a partial shell. They told me if I wanted the second story I had to build it with my own logs. This is not right or acceptable

    Your builder drove 10 and half hours. We have never met you, or spoke to you.  I think you should  have picked up the phone and called us to ask what comes in the kit before sending him here or looked at our website, our ****** reviews, something.  We have 0 complants, almost 5 stars on ****** reviews and have been in business for over 20 years.  This is a ridiculous complaint.  You wasted your builders time and definitley mine.
