    I paid for a series of CoolSculpting treatments in the total amount of $9100. This was to be a series of 4 treatments with an extensively trained and experienced CoolSculpting professional, ***************************. The day before I was scheduled for my 3rd treatment, Renew canceled my appointment and said they would call to reschedule, which they did not. A week later they sent out a letter stating that ******* was no longer employed there. I have since learned they terminated her.******* is a highly regarded expert in this field and technology. Her experience, training, and reputation solely influenced my decision to undergo CoolSculpting. The expertise and trust I placed in ******* were integral to my informed consent for this procedure. Her departure represents a material change to the conditions under which I agreed to the treatment.As Renew Med Spa is unable to complete the FULL treatment for which I signed up I have requested all monies paid be refunded to me immediately, which they have refused. They have advised me they are only willing to refund half of what I paid. By terminating her employment mid-treatment, Renew has effectively nullified the service agreement I entered into and paid in full. They have offered that another person complete the last half of my treatments, for which they do not have the same qualifications.*******'s Credentials include going through training at the ********************************************** and she has a ************************ Masters Certification. In addition, she has CoolScupting ELITE Provider Training. All in all, she has almost 8 years of experience just in CoolScupting.Given the potential risks associate, I am not comfortable proceeding with another, far less experienced provider. Renew Med Spa has failed in being able to provide the full service. I would NOT have signed up for half-service as they does not achieve the overall goal for which I paid for. That is not what I agreed to.
