Paid over $6,000 for pool liner replacement. An eyeball for the pool water return jet was not installed. As a result, the water does not circulate properly. **** promised he would install it - its part of the job. installed only one of the two required. Since early May, **** has promised it will be installed. On June 5th he said he had it in his truck. I have not any of my several phone calls or text messages returned. This is maybe $25 part? I want the job finished and proper water circulation.

We did put in a liner for ****************. The bill was $6000 that was for the liner, labor AND the water.  When we got to ****************** house to prepare the pool for the Liner, we always take out all the white goods. There was no eyeball in the pool when we arrived. We did the job and he was satisfied with it and I told him I would get an eyeball and put it in the next time we were in his area. I had it in my truck, and I was not out his way for quite a while. We were busy with other jobs. The eyeball actually has nothing to do with the circulation of the water. The circulation of the water actually comes through the cleanliness of the filter. The eyeball directs the flow of water. **************** has a sand filter on his pool. We do not take care of his pool weekly so I cant possibly know how the circulation of water is.

I first learned of the complaint from the BBB on July 28. We installed the eyeball Monday July 31.
