      They are the absolute worst. Their automated system does not work to make loan payments, so they want to charge the client an extra $15.00 to make their payment. This is not how a business should be. Just a heads up: their automated system will say they're going to transfer you to a service representative and then drop the call on you. When you call back and get an actual person, they have an attitude and are not helpful at all. I would steer clear of this credit union. They are way behind with their banking technology. Definitely not worth the hassle they give you for trying to be a good client and make their payments on time. Also, their app does not work either. You're not able to make a loan payment from an outside bank account. They are just way behind with their technology, and their staff are rude.
