    First interactions were good. He got to the house in a timely manner. Communication was great. He showed up to the house was here for 12 minutes to diagnose that I had a blown fuse. Changed it and realized the pump was bad. Sent me a quote for a new pump (just the part) for over triple the price of what I can buy it for online. I understand marking up the price of a part, but not THAT MUCH! I could see if that price included the labor, but it did not. He then sent me an invoice for more than what it should have been. I questioned him on it, just because I was curious and he called me, yelling at me and had an attitude and asked if "I was really going to question 15 minutes"? That's a terrible way to run your business. So not only are you overcharging me on the part, but on the invoice as well.
