    The Hearing Connection did not install the programs to make the unit work properly. She also did not bill my insurance at all for what my insurance would cover. I just see that this business is not BBB accredited. That should have been my first clue. However, my insurance ***** told me this is where I had to go for their coverage. I was not shown how to work the programs directly from the hearing aids themselves. An app was put on my Android phone which seems to be using a lot of battery power all day. The audiologist does not seem to know what she is doing in adjusting my hearing aids. I am needing to find another who can do this.
