      Big Blue Restoration did my restoration after a water leak in my utility closet. They did a thorough job of checking where the water was and surrounding areas. After much effort on their part, the water damage is gone and the surrounding area is clean. Zak was so diligent in following up all work promised and delivered. He returned all emails and phone calls promptly and made sure that the project was done to satisfaction and beyond. I would recommend this professional and knowledgeable company to anyone seeking renovation or restoration work. They are trustworthy and efficient.

      This company did restoration work on the home next to ours that had extensive fire damage from a lightening strike. I was totally amazed at how quickly and professionally they went about the job of removing everything in a new home down to the studs. What was even more amazing was to see them remove and replace the entire roof system on the home. And what was most impressive to me was there professional manner in working with us neighbors in sharing what to expect in noise and inconvenience. And even those issues were barely noticed and mitigated by the speed and truly professional manner they went about doing their work.

      Incredible company who is incredibly reliable and very attentive to detail! Highly recommended! Took my non-accessible home and made it fully accessible! All doors are wider now and the kitchen and bathroom meet all disability standards! They operate with great speed but never sacrifice their attention to detail! If you have a chance to use Big Blue Restoration, do it right away! ***** ******, Emerald ***** **

      We purchased a new home and all was great. We left on a cruise and when we returned, the hardwoods were soaked and buckling. The fridge had been leaking for years and no one knew. We contacted our insurance company and they sent out Big Blue Restoration. Everything went off without a hitch with this company. We were put at ease and the job was completed to our complete satisfaction. The entire process was handled without us having to stress. The owner, *************************** is a complete pleasure to work with. Honest and dependable!

      Big Blue Restoration restored our property after a flood caused by a ruptured water heater pipe. The owner, ****, thoroughly explained the process to us, including how our insurance company would work with us. This property is more than 350 miles from our residence and we were not able to be present during the restoration. Frequent communication, including pictures, kept us informed throughout the project. We were impressed with the quality of both the materials and the workmanship. Big Blue Restoration more than exceeded our expectations. My only regret was not having them on the project from day one. In hindsight I wish I had learned about them sooner so they could have done the water extraction and drying in addition to the restoration.

      We had a bad situation turned good all because of Big Blue Restoration. We had a pretty major flood in our kitchen that damaged the majority of our downstairs. Big Blue not only responded quickly, but their turn key management of the entire situation was just what we needed. Their field management team, ***** and *****, kept up a steady stream of communication so I always knew what to expect and when. The owners, **** and ****, made sure we were happy throughout the entire process. The results exceeded my expectations. Truly would recommend them to anyone and everyone. 10/10.
