    Recently went into a rent to buy contract with this company. Was told by the salesman there was about $1,000 difference added on from the initial purchase price where you pay out all of it up front to rent to own adding only that extra approximately $1,000. When I got my bill in the mail it was $360 a month for 60 months which equated to about $23,000. The purchase price on the paperwork we filled out was about $11,000 RTO. When I called the company to verify they had said the salesman neglected to tell us that it was $11,000 difference instead of a thousand. I can't imagine how many people have rented to own these buildings and have been ripped off over $10,000. Had the salesman told us this information up front we would have never gotten into this agreement but due to the failing of information he shared with us we were extremely mad. I understand your paycheck can be commissioned based but the bottom line is be truthful up front and don't try to s**** people out of their hard-earned money. This building was also a repo so it wasn't in that great of condition and needed a little bit of paint and fixing on the inside. It definitely was not worth any where near $23,000. Again I just wish they would have been upfront and honest in the beginning and we would have happily found something that would have been more appropriate for our budget.
